Kick Start
What is Kick Start?
A 7-week early intervention project supporting up to 8 young people to develop emotional regulation, increase self-esteem, foster positive peer relationships, and navigate school transitions.
Kick Start is made up of 7 weekly 60-minute sessions that happen at key transition points throughout the day. The sessions include activities based on creative, mindful, physical and discussion tasks, aimed to support focus, engagement and communication. The sessions also include a nutritious breakfast or healthy snack, reinforcing the vital link between nourishment, mental wellbeing, and academic success.

Schools Partnership Programme
This combines all our services together for a whole school approach. We bring the whole One Eighty suite of services to your school, tailored to what you need.
