Training & Supervision
What we deliver
We use our clinical and educational expertise to equip school staff and allied professionals to respond early and therapeutically to pupil mental-health needs, EBSA and safeguarding. Training is delivered in person as twilight sessions or inset day courses, allowing schools to upskill the whole team and maximise impact across more young people.
What we offer
EBSA
Emotionally Based
School Avoidance
Small-group training (up to 15 staff, twilight sessions) covering early signs, drivers and practical responses, with graded-return planning and family partnership for sustained reconnection with learning.
CBT fundamentals
for education
A six-week, accessible course for teachers and pastoral staff that builds core CBT skills (thought–feeling–behaviour, behavioural activation, coping plans) and shows how to apply them in classrooms and with families.
External
supervision
Individual or group supervision led by experienced supervisors, offering reflective practice, wellbeing support and case formulation to build confidence, consistency and clear escalation pathways across the school.
