Preventative projects
How we support early intervention
Our preventative mental health projects help young people build confidence, emotional regulation, social connection and readiness for learning - supporting them early, before challenges escalate.
We believe that by reaching young people early and giving them practical strategies to build their mental health resilience, we can reduce the number who will need more intensive support later on.
