Our core values

Mission

We provide targeted therapeutic interventions to young people (aged 4 to 17) facing barriers to education in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We also offer preventative support to help all young people develop the skills to manage their wellbeing and mental health.

Vision

All children and young people are equipped to learn and grow through positive engagement with education, empowering them to thrive, build confidence, realise their full potential, and develop the resilience and skills needed to succeed throughout their lives.

Values

Young people are at the heart of everything we do. We meet each child where they are, tailoring our work to their individual journey. We listen to and amplify the voice of young people, ensuring their experiences shape our approach and guide every decision we make.
