Referrals

One-Eighty is a charity helping vulnerable young people in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire overcome mental health challenges and re-engage with education.

Are you considering making a referral to us? You can do so by clicking on the relevant button below and completing the short referral form. This will not commit you to an intervention, but will trigger a call from our staff to discuss your young person in more detail, and will secure you a place in our waiting list should you wish to go ahead.

Professional Referrals

For professionals to refer a young person to our 1-1 intervention services. We have upgraded our referral form. After completing you will have the option to select ‘Print’ after Submission and save as PDF.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our one-to-one support is a short-term, intensive intervention, usually lasting up to eight weeks.
Each intervention is delivered by a small One-Eighty case team, typically involving 3–4 staff members, who may see the young person up to four times a week. Support also includes weekly sessions with a parent or carer.
At the start of the intervention, shared goals are agreed with the young person and the wider support network. Throughout the work, we focus on helping the young person build confidence, regulate emotions, and gradually reconnect with education.

Each one-to-one intervention is tailored to the individual young person, so costs vary depending on need and the level of support required.
If you are a professional, please complete the referral form and we can provide an indication of cost based on the information shared and the likely level of intervention needed.

Most of our preventative mental health projects are delivered through schools and depend on school partnerships or available funding.
Make Me Smile and Kick Start are usually accessed through participating schools.
If you think a young person would benefit from our Transitional Summer Project, you can complete the referral form above.
If you feel your school would benefit from one of our preventative mental health projects, please contact enquiries@one-eighty.org.uk to discuss options.

If you are unsure whether a referral is appropriate, we encourage you to get in touch. Our team is happy to discuss individual situations and help you understand what support may be most suitable.
